Veronique’s family revealed in a statement they were shocked after hearing about the tragic and senseless loss of their young girl.
“She was a vibrant 11 year old girl, full of life, love and had a maturity well beyond her young years”.
Veronique Sakr Killed Alongside Her Three Cousins
The Mistubishi Triton reportedly mounted the kerb and crashed into a group of seven children riding bikes on a footpath in Oatlands, north-west Sydney – killing Veronique and siblings Antony Abdallah, who was 13 years old, Angelina Abdallah, who 12 years old, and Sienna Abdallah, who was just 8 years old.
Anothe 11-year-old boy and two girls, aged 10 and 13, are hospitalized.
The group of victims was on their way to buy ice cream with their babysitter while their parents were out to dinner.
According to a statement shared online on Sunday afternoon, Santa Sabina College principal confirmed the death of Verinique Sakr.

The drink-driving suspect is identified as the 29-year-old Samuel William Davidson He did not appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday when he was refused bail.
The victims’ families are believed to be members of the local Maronite Christian community.
